Our office has transitioned to a telemedicine office to offer convenient and confidential mental health services through secure online video consultations. Patients can access expert care from the comfort of their own home, eliminating the need for travel while maintaining privacy and comfort.
Michael J. Marchese, MD graduated from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University in New York in 1982. His post graduate training took place at the Duke University Medical Center. He has been board certified in Psychiatry since 1988 and is currently licensed in North Carolina and Florida. He has worked in various settings and has been in private practice since 2002. His practice is limited to outpatient adult psychiatry and has an interest in mood and anxiety disorders and Adult ADHD.
Requirements:
1. Dr. Marchese only accepts 21+ years of age
2. Referral Required
Accepted insurances: Aetna, BCBS, Medicare, Tricare, United, Selfpay
To establish as a new patient, we would need you to complete the new patient request form (button below). Also, we would need a referral from your primary care doctor sent to us by fax at 352-374-2166 or by email to hailepsychiatry@gmail.com. Once we have all this information, the doctor will review and determine whether he is a good fit for you or no
